Abstract

The article presents an interactive-integrative model designed to cultivate a healthy lifestyle culture among secondary school students. The research aims to substantiate the effectiveness of combining active teaching methods with interdisciplinary connections in developing health-oriented behavior. The author analyzes contemporary educational challenges, specifically the fragmented delivery of knowledge and the deficit of practical skill acquisition.

During the pedagogical experiment, various formats were implemented, including project-based learning, "Health Clubs," and integrated sports-educational events. A pivotal component of the model is the strengthening of the "school-family" social partnership, which ensures the continuity of educational influence within the home environment.

The research findings demonstrate that the interactive-integrative approach enhances students' subjective agency, fosters self-regulation skills, and facilitates the transformation of theoretical knowledge into a sustainable lifestyle. The conclusions and methodological recommendations formulated in the article can be utilized by educators and educational administrators to improve the quality of health education.
