Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify the primary factors contributing to the "cognitive immobilization" of commanders under conditions of high informational uncertainty (entropy), to evaluate the limitations of linear-deterministic training, and to substantiate the applicability of the "stratosgogic inoculation" model as a means of fostering cognitive flexibility, autonomous decision-making, and adaptive resilience.

The object of this research is the military-educational and andragogical system for training the officer corps of small states within the context of high entropy and modern information warfare. The subject of the research encompasses the psychological-pedagogical mechanisms for overcoming the cognitive immobilization (or "freezing") of officers under conditions of acute combat stress and uncertainty, as well as the applied model of stratosgogic inoculation. The purpose of this research is to define the impact of the "deterministic fallacy" on the defense systems of small states, and to propose and substantiate a methodology of "stratosgogic inoculation." This methodology serves as a tool for developing adaptive cognitive resilience in commanders; through the cultivation of independent and critical thinking—fostered by targeted educational interventions and the navigation of deliberately constructed learning scenarios—it enables individuals to effectively orient themselves and make sound decisions within complex situations.

The theoretical and methodological foundation of the research rests on a synthesis of systemic, socio-psychological, integrative, and conceptual approaches. To address the problem, a cross-disciplinary synthesis method is employed, integrating principles from cognitive psychology (Inoculation Theory, Desirable Difficulties), military theory (OODA loop, Reflexive Control), and information science to form a coherent and comprehensive explanatory framework.
