The objective of this article is to examine the primary factors influencing the psychological resilience of military personnel, as well as to identify and analyze the challenges associated with ensuring such resilience. The necessity for in-depth and comprehensive research is driven by the intensity of modern warfare, the diversity of weaponry employed, limited decision-making timeframes, rapidly evolving events, and the uncertainties inherent in the "fog of war." In these environments, maintaining the psychological resilience of military personnel becomes a critical prerequisite for combat readiness and operational effectiveness.
